Kids - Father's Day Shirt Card

Again, this card is simple in design, and made for a group of girls to make at a workshop. I pre-scored all the creases so they could easily fold the card. Inside, they can write their own personal message to a special someone.

Stamps

  • All Year Cheer II (Retired, for the Happy Father's Day greeting)

Paper

  • Fall Flowers Designer Series Paper
  • Whisper White
  • Basic Gray (Chocolate Chip could be used instead)

Inks

  • Basic Gray (Chocolate Chip could also be used)

Stampin' Up! Accessories

  • Paper Snips (scissors)
  • SNAIL Adhesive

Instructions

  1. Cut the 12x12 piece of Designer Series Paper into an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper.
  2. Fold in both sides, from the left and right, to meet in the middle.
  3. Use SNAIL adhesive to tape down the top part of piece of paper (do NOT tape towards the bottom).
  4. Score 1 inch from the top. Fold "back".
  5. Fold the left and right corners from the back to the front and the collar is being formed.
  6. At the bottom, open and fold back (on the left and right).
  7. Adhere the layered cardstock for personal greeting/note inside.
  8. Fold up to tuck under the collar.
  9. Adhere tie (cut from cardstock), pieces for greeting, mini strips on sleeves to complete the card. NOTE: You can also move the greeting to the upper right to make a pocket (cut smaller pieces of cardstock).
