Stampin' Up! Helping Me Grow - Color Combo

Good morning stampers!

This week's a Color Combo Challenge! Use any layout, any stamps...but use this Color Combo to spark your creativity!

Today, I'm featuring the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper and Helping Me Grow Stamp Set by Stampin' Up!  My card can be done in 10 minutes or less and is really just a bunch of layers!  Have fun :D

When making this card

It's a bunch of layers but you can make this card in 10 minutes or less!
  • Card base is Whisper White (5-1/2 x 5-1/2  square card).
  • The Crumb Cake designer paper is 5-1/4 x 5-1/4 and adhered with SNAIL Adhesive.
  • The Rose Red designer paper and the Garden Green designer paper are both 2 x 5 and then matted with Rose Red card stock and Garden Green card stock.
  • Adhere the Garden Green panel vertically about 1/2 inch from the Crumb Cake designer paper border (SNAIL Adhesive).
  • Adhere the Rose Red panel horizontally about 1/4 inch from the bottom (on top of the Garden Green) using SNAIL Adhesive.
  • Ink the top 1/2 of the floral stamp in Crumb Cake, and then ink the bottom 1/2 of the card with Garden Green, and stamp on the 3-1/2 x 4 piece of Whisper White.
  • Mat the card with Crumb Cake and adhere the panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Stamp the greeting the same way (1 x 2 piece of Whisper White), mat with Crumb Cake and adhere to front panel using SNAIL Adhesive.

I love your take on the color challenge. Stamping the flowers without coloring them is a new idea to me. Thanks for the inspiration!
