Good morning stampers!
For this week's project we created a beautiful embossed holiday card! I am featuring a new stamp set and color scheme, more traditional Christmas:
- Garden Green
- Holly Berry Bouquet Specialty Designer Series Paper
- Christmas Lodge stamp set
I love the warmth of "chocolate" so I went with the piece of DSP that had some brown added. And I like the elegance of the Scalloped Trim Border.
The bow is Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon, but I also used Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding ribbon on the ban as well.
I hope you enjoyed this week's project. Remember to visit everyone on the team and post comments on all the blogs as each of us are giving away BLOG CANDY.

Neat background.
whoo hoo, girlfriend, what a great take on the design. You are so creative, I love that you stamped the image first, that looks truly amazing, and that you added designer paper for the band, and ribbon, truly creative and a beautiful presentation.
Big hugs
I love the stamped trees!!!! Great idea. Your creation is beautiful. Hugs Shelagh.
Very pretty card. I like how you put the two ribbons together.

I like your interpretation of this sketch. I think the stamped image adds an unexpected element to the card. Very nice!
Very nice Heather, great idea with the stamped trees and love the designer paper bands. Great job, hugs from Oz.
Heather, Just a beautiful card! Great idea to stamp the image and then cut apart, and the cherry and vanilla are great accents in that band. Thanks for sharing your take on the design with us.

Love this card! Thanks for sharing.
Love the green trees stamped on the white strips embossed with Snowflakes (EF). Your scalloped DSP and ribbon finish it off nicely, Heather!
Very unique use of the design. Nice idea to stamp, emboss, then cut apart the panels. Thanks for sharing your talent!
Great job with the card!
Very pretty!
So pretty. Love the touch of colors with the white. And I really like what you did with the image.
This is so pretty! I really like how you embossed and then cut up the piece, and also the ribbons over the punch. Very cool.

Wonderful card! Thanks so much for sharing it!
Love how you stamped the trees and then made the banners. So beautiful!
Okies- where is the post for the last Countdown to Christmas project? lol
I must have gotten here to look for it before you posted it. Sandi's newsletter said that all of the designers would have the last project posted and also a chance for us to win some blog candy. so how do I post for that when you don't have a post? lol
Anyway, I've enjoyed your projects and have been amazed that all of the designers did the same projects but yet each was so different!
Thank you for sharing your creative talents with us and I'm looking forward to next years countdown and the post for the last and final project.
